Mezclar en un envase la harina de trigo, farina, azúcar, polvo de hornear, sal y canela. Batir los huevos, leche y la mantequilla. Añadir a los ingredientes secos y mezclar por 2 minutos.
En un sartén de teflón agregar cucharadas grandes de la mezcla y cocinar por ambos lados hasta que dar color ámbar por ambos lados.
