En un envase de cristal combine los gandules, el aceite, jugo de limon, sal, pimienta, comino, pimientos, cebolla y el perejil o cilantrillo. Combine bien.
Separe a un lado. En un sarten, calderito o freidora, cocine los copitos de yuca hasta que queden crujientes.
